- After an order is received and confirmed, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. SilentekPC does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. SilentekPC does not ship internationally.

- Returns & Replacements
- SilentekPC does not allow returns on orders, if a part is defective or damaged upon delivery, you can either 1. send back the defective part for a replacement, or 2. send the entire computer back for repairs. Refunds on warranties are allowed if requested within 60 days of ordering.

- It takes us 3-5 business days to process an order (prior to shipping it), once an order has shipped, your order can be tracked via the tracking info sent to your email.
